AQUAGAS V – COPPER PRESSFITTINGS
The AQUAGAS press connectors are made of copper CU-DHP and are suitable for pressing with commercially available seamless copper pipes (semi-hard and hard) in accordance with DIN EN 1057 and DVGW worksheet GW392. They are available in press contour V in the dimensions 12-54 mm.
The extensive range includes elbows, sockets, T-pieces, transitions with internal and external threads. AQUAGAS quality products come with a 10-year factory guarantee.
A FITTING FOR GAS AND WATER
AQUAGAS press fittings are universally suitable for the installation of drinking water and gas systems. The O-ring inserted precisely into the fittings is a yellow-colored HBNR (hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber) sealing ring that has DVGW dual certification for gas and water.
NO RISK OF CONFUSION
There can be no mix-ups on the construction site, which gives both the installer and the homeowner a particularly secure feeling. Because safety first!
UNPRESSED AND LEAKING (UVUD)
Press connectors and sealing elements (O-rings) should be designed in such a way that, in a completed installation, unpressed press connectors will not leak during the prescribed and system-compliant load and leak test (e.g. TRGI – Technical Rules for Gas Installations, standard: G600 or TRWI – Technical Rules for Drinking Water Installations or in accordance with DIN EN 806-4).
With the sealing element (O-ring) used, a pressure drop should be visible on the pressure gauge of the “pressure test pump” (manual pressure test pump or electric pressure test pump) used for the respective test during the prescribed and system-compliant load and leak test of the installed supply line.

FREE CHOICE OF PRESSING TOOL
Depending on the manufacturer’s instructions or corresponding recommendations, the V contour is suitable for installation. This term refers to the shape of the press profiles for press fittings. The AquaGas V fittings are compatible with the well-known press tool manufacturers with the V-contour press jaws.
V-contour is characterized by the V-shaped profile on the inside, which matches the V-shaped pressing profile on the pressing jaws of the pressing tool.
FREE CHOICE OF PIPE MANUFACTURER
When installing drinking water, heating and gas systems, the installer is completely flexible in his choice of pipe manufacturer. Commercially available copper pipes from well-known brand manufacturers can be used.
SIMPLE AND FAST LOGISTICS
The warehouse is located in Baden-Württemberg. In cooperation with a well-known logistics professional, rapid delivery of all products is guaranteed. There are several hundred thousand press connectors in copper, stainless steel and carbon steel in stock. In addition, several thousand meters of carbon steel and stainless steel pipes are stored there.
