Iron casting has been the focus of our work for decades. For more than 50 years we have been one of the most important suppliers of malleable cast iron fittings in the European market. As a special feature, galvanized HS fittings have a galvanizing layer approx. 50% thicker than specified in the standard. This is proven by regular testing by the MPA. This gives our fittings a longer service life.

Malleable iron fittings are offered in galvanized (hot-dip) and black finishes, in sizes from 1/8 to 4 in. Our products are both
DVGW
as well as
SVGW
certified and may therefore be installed without restrictions in both drinking water and gas pipes.

Product quality is the number one priority at HS Fittings.
From development to production, we do everything to create a reliable and high quality product. HS fittings meet the specifications of DIN EN 10242 and correspond to design symbol A. The threads meet the specifications of EN 10228-1 and have a very high angular accuracy . HS fittings thus ensure a high sealing force with precise pipe guidance.
